Please go to the customer service booth at any of following stations: MGM Grand (this station has 2 booths: located near the station’s Underground entrance and at The District), Bally's/Paris, Flamingo, Harrah's/The LINQ, Westgate Las Vegas & SLS Las Vegas.
Once the Passes are used at the fare gates, they will expire in 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 or 168 hours depending on ticket option purchased. Ticket will be stamped with expiration date and time upon first use.
Folded or bent tickets will not work in the fare gate and will not be refunded.
Children 5 years and under ride free.
Voucher Information: You must print and surrender a paper version of your booking voucher for this activity (showing your voucher on a smartphone is not accepted). No refund can be given for customers without a printed copy of their voucher.
